I tried to go to the gym.
Trust me when I say there were no blissful mornings…
Waking up to a gym bag packed the night before and the kids were angels who were ready to go.
Then we all hopped into the car.
After a quick drive we were there and I was checking in on facebook at the gym.

The older one “didn’t feel like it” and the younger one ALWAYS ends up smelling just as we were finally ready to walk out the door…
Between the kids and running a business fitness got pushed to the backburner. Finding time isn’t always fun or easy but sometimes it’s a matter of really making you a priority
So I found a couple youtube channels and an iphone app (couch to 5k) that got me out of having to go to the gym BUT still gave me a good ole’ fashion work out.
Love to know what everyone else does at home so please let me know..
If you need some motivation I HIGHLY recommend this article – totally put a smile on my face!
Don’t feel bad if it takes some work to actually get the work out in… remember just take it one day at a time 🙂
